Terry Portelli is a leader in the property industry with an impressive career spanning more than 20 years, including first hand experience in all aspects of sales and marketing for residential land developments.
After successful tenures at Metricon and Oliver Hume, Terry took a leap of faith in 2007 to establish Red23.

Terry saw the potential to provide property developers with a beneficial partnership option to outsource sales and marketing on their development.
In establishing Red23, Terry brought together an experienced management team, hand-picked the industry’s best frontline sales staff and successfully developed international and local networks for investors, builders and service providers.

Terry had a vision of success for Red23 and he believes the many satisfied developers, strong builder relationships, happy buyers and investors, and a strong reputation in the market are due to the results that he and his team have delivered.
Working with developers to achieve their vision is what drives Terry in his role as Managing Director.
