Nicholas Lacarruba

Starting his career in real estate in 2011 as a project coordinator after completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (property and valuation) at RMIT, Nicholas developed a sound understanding of the property market. He quickly progressed to executive level as a result of his hard work, commitment and passion for the industry.

His understanding of the current market and in-depth project management knowledge is instrumental for Red23 in delivering outstanding residential communities.
Nicholas thrives on the diversity of his role, ranging from project launching, planning, sales strategies, managing builder relations and estate management.
