Andrew Perkins

With more than 15 years’ experience in property, Andrew Perkins is well positioned to manage our Research and Business Development arm at Red23.
He has a strong reputation in delivering real-time market intelligence to key industry stakeholders, including developers, financial institutions, key state government agencies and local government.

As a former board member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia in Victoria (UDIA) and member of the UDIA NSW Land Release and Housing Delivery Committee, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He was also appointed to the Property Council of Victoria’s Research Committee in 2015.
